Our Process in 7 Simple Stages

From the very first ‘hello’, we will aim to support all your creative needs.

STAGE 1 of 7

The Chat

Either face-to-face or over the phone, we will ask various questions to gain an understanding of your requirements, business type, history and aspirations. After the friendly chat, we will ask for a brief that outlines and clarifies your project.

Tip: It’s always good to be as open and honest as possible - we don’t judge anyone

STAGE 2 of 7

Quotation

After reviewing your brief, we may have additional questions and/or propose a few suggestions before submitting to you a detailed quote, covering all foreseeable aspects of the project.

Tip: A detailed brief from the start, not only allows us to provide you with the most accurate quotation, it will ensure a smooth process and will save you time

STAGE 3 of 7

Initial Designs

Once a cost and time-scale has been agreed, we will brainstorm and develop the design ideas, which will be digitally rendered and physically presented or emailed to you in a PDF format.

Tip: The more information (i.e. copy) supplied, prior to this point will determine the best design representation

STAGE 4 of 7

Feedback

We welcome you to openly voice your opinion and will always encourage your involvement - the more we talk, the more we learn about you, your company and your customers needs, enabling us to think and create more effectively.

we want you to be excited and proud of each and every design

STAGE 5 of 7

Tweaks & Finishing Touches

The aim is to create something that markets your business, products and/or services correctly - so Inevitably, revisions will need to be made until the exact design is achieved. Once perfected, it's submitted for your final approval.

Tip: When suggesting or supplying any amends, it’s a huge time saver (for both parties) to submit them in larger chunks, rather than sporadically over a series of multiple emails

Project Completion

Print ready files can be supplied via email and/or made available for download.

Website files will be supplied and/or made live.

STAGE 7 of 7

After Service

We will always be on hand afterwards, should any design or print related questions crop-up - and of course we will be available to discuss any future projects.

SmallTalk Cover Design

Overview
SmallTalk is a fantastic A5 newsletter, packed with articles describing student experiences, teacher reviews, insights into the company leaders that are driving engineering in the UK forward and timetable updates showing the courses available throughout the country in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM).

In addition to the printed publications, we also create an interactive PDF version,  for easy-to-use page navigation and clickable hyperlinks. These will lead you directly to the booking page of each individual course and show stunning videos, highlighting the great work that the Smallpeice Trust and their partners are achieving.
